1. Authorized Asset Monitoring Only

You may use LeakData only to scan digital assets that you personally own or are legally authorized to manage or monitor, such as email addresses and domains.

2. Strictly Prohibited Activities

Use of the platform for the following purposes is grounds for immediate account termination without refund:

2.1 Unauthorized Intelligence (OSINT)

Monitoring third parties, competitors, or public figures without permission (stalking/doxxing).

2.2 Malicious Abuse

Using breach alerts to attempt access to other systems (credential stuffing) or to run phishing campaigns.

2.3 Infrastructure Abuse

Using automated bots or scrapers to exceed official API limits, attempting to bulk extract our database, or conducting unauthorized penetration tests against our servers.
