Terms of Service

This document is the main agreement defining your legal rights and responsibilities for using the LeakData.io platform provided by CyberVisir Solutions Ltd.

1. Scope and Introduction

These Terms of Service are the legal agreement between CyberVisir Solutions Ltd (the "Company"), registered in England and Wales under company number 17215486 with registered address Suite 10826, 5 Brayford Square, London, United Kingdom, E1 0SG, and you (the "User"). By using the LeakData.io platform, you irrevocably accept these terms.

2. User Declaration and Data Accuracy

By entering your name, surname, phone number, and social media account names into the system, you declare that you are the lawful owner of those assets or that you have explicit authority to monitor them. The User is fully responsible for any legal consequences arising from misleading or unauthorized information entry.

3. Notification Consent

By registering your email address and enabled enterprise integration channels in the system, you agree to receive cybersecurity alerts through those channels. These notifications are a core functional part of the service and are outside the scope of marketing communications.

4. Service Limits and Warranty Disclaimer

LeakData queries the digital identity information you provide (email, social media account, etc.) against public and deep-web breach indexes. The service is provided "AS IS". The Company does not guarantee that it will detect 100% of all data breaches, zero-day vulnerabilities, or cyber threats worldwide. The final cybersecurity responsibility belongs to the User.

5. Intellectual Property and License

All source code, algorithms, and intelligence databases of the platform are the intellectual property of the Company. The User receives only a limited, non-transferable license to use the service. Reverse engineering or copying the system is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

The Company cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect material or moral damages arising from third-party cyberattacks, data loss, or notification delays. The User agrees to indemnify the Company for all legal expenses and damages arising from unlawful use of the platform.

7. Force Majeure and Governing Law

The Company is not responsible for interruptions caused by events outside its control, such as natural disasters, global internet outages, or cyberattacks against our infrastructure (Force Majeure). This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
