Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. Moving from the free plan to a paid plan becomes active after checkout; changes to an existing paid subscription are applied according to the timing and billing impact shown in the billing portal.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription cancellations are scheduled for the end of the current billing period and access remains active until then. Prorated or past-period refunds are not automatic; special cases are reviewed by support.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Online subscriptions use Stripe card checkout. Enterprise contracts can use bank transfer or a manual payment process handled by support.
Is there a setup fee?
No. None of our plans have setup fees. You only pay the monthly subscription fee.
Are you a data broker?
No. We do not sell query or monitoring data for advertising or marketing. We process account and monitoring data under our privacy and retention policies; checks are limited to supported datasets, source-attributed evidence, and configured optional modules.
