It also explains the non-refundable nature of instant digital services.

1. Subscription Management

Users may cancel ongoing subscriptions at any time through the user panel (Dashboard). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and service access continues during that period.

2. Waiver of Statutory Withdrawal Rights (Digital Content)

Under UK consumer laws and the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to instantly performed digital content and SaaS models. When you subscribe to the platform and gain access to our digital infrastructure, you legally waive your withdrawal and refund rights.

3. No Refunds and Chargebacks

Pro-rated refunds are not provided for partially used months or forgotten subscription cancellations. If a payment seems incorrect or unauthorised, contact support so we can review it with you. Chargeback requests involving suspected misuse may be reviewed using IP and usage records; relevant records may be provided to the bank, and the account may be permanently closed.

4. One-Time Service Purchases (Digital Hygiene Check-up and Similar Services)

Refund terms for one-time services such as the Digital Hygiene Check-up differ from subscription plans. At purchase you expressly request that the service be provided immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once your report has been generated. If your report has not been generated yet, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The report is generated when you start the check; once it has been generated, the service is fully performed and no refund is provided (UK CCR 2013 reg. 36; Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(a); Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği art. 15/1-h). You can send refund requests to our support team; they are currently reviewed manually, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

5. Free Trials (Elite Shield)

Elite Shield trials require a card. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. Each email address can use the trial once.
