1. Subscription Management
Users may cancel ongoing subscriptions at any time through the user panel (Dashboard). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and service access continues during that period.
2. Waiver of Statutory Withdrawal Rights (Digital Content)
Under UK consumer laws and the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to instantly performed digital content and SaaS models. When you subscribe to the platform and gain access to our digital infrastructure, you legally waive your withdrawal and refund rights.
3. No Refunds and Chargebacks
Retroactive fee refunds (pro-rated refunds) are strictly not provided for partially used months or forgotten subscription cancellations. Filing a direct bank chargeback without first contacting our support team is considered a fraud attempt. Your IP logs and usage data may be submitted as evidence, and your account will be permanently terminated.
