About This Breach
Official notifications indicated that records corresponding to approximately 370,000 welfare and pension beneficiaries were accessed by unauthorized actors.
The exposed repository contains 70,372 unique email addresses alongside full names, dates of birth, postal addresses, telephone numbers, marital statuses, declared income tiers, and French social security numbers (NIR). Contact information for designated relatives and legal guardians was also present in select files.
Given the exposure of national identification numbers and financial markers, the incident carries significant identity theft risks. The agency notified regulatory authority CNIL and disabled compromised access conduits.
