About This Breach

The exposed database archive (Beeline2019.csv) comprises approximately 8,713,510 subscriber records. Exfiltrated fields include subscriber full names (FIO), detailed residential physical addresses (city, district, street name, house/building, and apartment numbers), primary contact phone numbers, SMS notification phone numbers, contract account numbers (CTN), account statuses, and contracted home internet / IPTV service packages.

Technical analysis and corporate statements confirmed that the dataset originated from an internal client records compilation originally generated in 2017. While the breach does not include account passwords or credit card data, the correlation of individuals' real names with their direct residential addresses and telephone numbers presents significant risks for targeted social engineering, smishing, and identity theft.

Subscribers are advised to exercise heightened caution regarding unsolicited phone calls, SMS notifications claiming to represent telecom support, or impersonation attempts requesting verification of personal credentials.
