Unauthorized external actors compromised an administrator service account belonging to a third-party vendor, gaining access to the regional client database. Officially published by Turkey's Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) under Decision 2025/1246, the breach compromised the personal information of 142,995 customers residing in Turkey, exposing full names, telephone numbers, email addresses, and contact records.
