- Phone numbers
About This Breach
The exposed archive contains approximately 690,000,000 user correlation records. Each entry establishes a direct link between a user's unique numeric QQ identification handle and their active, 11-digit mobile telephone number.
Because mobile telephone numbers in mainland China require strict real-name identity registration, the public de-anonymization of 690 million QQ accounts strips user pseudonymity and facilitates mass profiling, surveillance reconnaissance, and targeted smishing campaigns.
Verification and editorial method
LeakData compares the incident name, date, affected-record count, and exposed data types with accessible sources. Unverified fields are not presented as facts, and records are updated when new evidence becomes available.
