The breach affects 1,116,256 unique player accounts registered across the Warmane game servers and community forum. Compromised data classes include account usernames, email addresses, SHA-1 password hashes, account registration dates, and user IP addresses recorded during logins.
Because gamers frequently reuse passwords between private community servers and official platforms such as Battle.net and primary email accounts, the exposure of these SHA-1 hashes represents an acute credential-stuffing vulnerability. Affected players are urged to update credentials and enable two-factor authentication on all associated services.
