Yes. Moving from the free plan to a paid plan becomes active after checkout; changes to an existing paid subscription are applied according to the timing and billing impact shown in the billing portal.

When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Partially used or past subscription periods are not refunded. One-time services such as the Digital Hygiene Check-up can be refunded in full within 14 days if the report has not been generated yet. See the refund policy for details, and contact support before raising a dispute with your bank.

Elite Shield trials last 14 days and require a card. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. Each email address can use the trial once.

Online subscriptions use Stripe card checkout. Enterprise contracts can use bank transfer or a manual payment process handled by support.

No. None of our plans has a setup fee. You only pay the monthly or yearly subscription you choose.

No. We do not sell query or monitoring data for advertising or marketing. We process account and monitoring data under our privacy and retention policies; checks are limited to supported datasets, source-attributed evidence, and configured optional modules.
